• Recommendation

  That Diane Stephen be nominated as Chair of Heritage Oshawa for a one year term.

  Diane Stephen accepted the role of Chair.

  That Nadim Lalani be nominated as Vice Chair of Heritage Oshawa for a one year term.

  Nadim Lalani accepted the nomination of Vice Chair for a one year term.

• Recommendation

  That Report HTG-22-03, dated January 21, 2022, concerning the Information from City Council from its meeting of December 13, 2021 be received for information.

• Recommendation

  That Report HTG-22-04, dated January 27, 2022, be received for information.

• Recommendation

  That the motion to receive HTG-22-04 for information be withdrawn.

• Recommendation

  That HTG-22-04 dated January 27, 2022 being the Heritage Oshawa’s 2021 Accomplishments Report be endorsed and included in the Council Information Package.

• Recommendation

  That Item HTG-22-04 be referred to the 2021 Year End Accomplishments Working Group to review the 2021 Year End Accomplishments Report; and,

  That Alan Willison, Diane Stephen and Chris Lapa be appointed to the Working Group; and,

  That Alan Willison be appointed as Chair of the Working Group.
