The Chair of the Community Events Working Group provided a verbal report concerning the activities undertaken by the Working Group to date and advised that volunteers will be needed for the upcoming events.

    That an Integrated Major Transit Station Area Study for Central Oshawa Working Group be created to review and provide comments on the Consultant's Study; and,

    That four members of the Oshawa Accessibility Advisory Committee be appointed to the Integrated Major Transit Station Area Study for Central Oshawa Working Group Working Group; and, 

    That Dot McFarlane, Stephen Moenster, Adeel Haq, and Lisa Knowlton be appointed to the Integrated Major Transit Station Area Study for Central Oshawa Working Group Working Group; and,

    That Stephen Moenster be appointed as Chair of the Integrated Major Transit Station Area Study for Central Oshawa Working Group Working Group.
