Steven Moenster, Chair called the meeting to order.  All members were present in the Committee Meeting Room except Shanjay Kailayanathan (entered the meeting at 6:36 p.m.) and Julia McCrea (entered the meeting at 6:36 p.m.) who were participating electronically, and Adeel Haq who was absent.

  That Report OAAC-23-37 concerning the Oshawa Advisory Accessibility Committee’s 2023 year-end accomplishments and 2024 Work Plan be endorsed and included in the Council Information Package.
