    That a Fall Film Night Working Group be created to host a fall film night event as outlined under the Category 'Community Outreach, Education and Stewardship' in the 2023 Work Plan; and,

    That the Working Group consist of three members of the Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee; and,

    That A.J. Groen, Robert Mullins and Lee Buchanan be appointed to the Working Group; and,

    That Lee Buchanan be appointed as Chair of the Fall Film Night Working Group.
