Chair, Diane Stephen, called the meeting to order. All members of the Committee were in attendance in the Committee Meeting Room except Councillor Nicholson who was absent. Chris Lapa entered the meeting at 6:37 p.m. and Nadim Lalani and Jennifer Weymark, participated electronically.
