At the September 11, 2023 Economic and Development Services Committee meeting, this correspondence was referred to the Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee.

• Recommendation

  That Report OEAC-23-47 (previously ED-23-154) concerning an application for Sign Variance: Pattison Outdoor Advertising on behalf of Bryston Holdings Limited regarding signage at 1220 Simcoe Street North be referred to the Oshawa Environmental Advisory Committee to comment on potential light pollution.

Recommendation

That based on Report OEAC-23-45 received on September 27, 2023 from the 2024 OEAC Workplan and Budget Working Group that:

 

1. That the Committee adopt the 2024 Work Plan proposed by the Working Group for submission to Finance Services; and,
2. That the Committee adopt the 2024 Budget proposed by the Working Group for submission to Finance Services.
