Enez Perkins, Senior Manager, Corporate Strategic Initiatives to provide a presentation concerning the Oshawa Strategic Plan 2024-2027. 

David Billham, Manager, Parks, Planning and Development to provide a presentation concerning the current and proposed future trial development.

    That Report OATAC-23-27, dated October 27, 2023 concerning information from Oshawa City Council from its meeting of October 2, 2023 be received for information. 

  • Recommendation

    That Report OATAC-23-28, dated November 1, 2023 be endorsed as the Oshawa Active Transportation Advisory Committee's comments concerning the 2024 active transportation master plan update and that the comments be provided to staff for consideration in preparing a terms of reference for updating the City’s Active Transportation Master Plan.

  • Recommendation

    That Report OATAC-23-29, dated November 1, 2023 be endorsed as the Oshawa Active Transportation Advisory Committee's comments concerning the extension of the GO Rail Service from Oshawa to Bowmanville and that the comments be provided to staff for information.
